Research Dissertation (20,000 words): This is conducted on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations related topics with expert support from a personal supervisor and usually involves research within one or more organizations.

NOTE: Graduation Requirements: A student must have gained a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 at the end.


The programme will be offered through eLearning under the Directorate of Distance Education and Open Learning for duration of 21 months (18 + 3 months for thesis).

Admissions Requirements

A) Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable / recognized institution

-Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA and other related may be considered.

B) O’level results showcasing 5 passing marks of 6 or better (English and Math are required) (International equivalent may also be submitted).
